Shipping

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) before 8 PM GMT +3 (1 PM EST) will be processed on the same day*.
  • Please note that orders are processed 5 days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • All orders will ship within 0-3 business days from the date of processing.
  • The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout.
  • We highly recommend placing your order in advance, considering that we are a US-based small business owned by two digital nomads currently located in the Mediterranean. Some items may be shipped from outside the United States.
  • Shipping is always FREE for our customers no matter where you live.

Expedited Shipping and Refunds:

  • If you require expedited shipping, please contact our team through Shopify, and we will assist you in arranging it. The cost of expedited shipping will be calculated and added to your order before processing.
  • We understand that many purchases are time-sensitive for specific events, so we encourage early ordering.
  • Refunds will not be approved for items that do not arrive in time for your event within 30 days of purchase. However, if you no longer wish to keep the items, you may request store credit instead.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Methods:

  • To provide free shipping for our customers, we primarily use standard shipping, which typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

Additional Processing Time:

  • Orders with invalid addresses or issues capturing payment will require additional processing time.
