Terms and Conditions for Garden of EDM Affiliate and Ambassador Programs

We're thrilled to have you as part of our affiliate and ambassador programs. Below, you'll find the comprehensive terms and conditions along with the features and benefits of participating in our programs.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to music lovers located in the US, UK, and EU.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

2. Program Overview

  • Affiliates: Engage in a basic program suitable for those new to promotional activities, earning commissions via affiliate links.
  • Ambassadors: Designed for content creators and those deeply engaged in promotional work, this structured program requires more involvement but offers greater rewards, such as higher commission rates and exclusive benefits.
  • Content Creators: Contract terms vary, tailored to individual contributions and involvement.

3. Registration Approval

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any Affiliate Program Registration at our discretion. Denied applications will not have legal recourse against us.

4. Affiliate Links & Coupons

  • Affiliate links are automatically generated, but custom links can be created for specific products or collections. The last affiliate link clicked by a customer takes precedence.
  • Assigned discount codes will be detailed on your dashboard. Promoting non-assigned branded coupons is not authorized.

5. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates: Earn a 10% commission on sales, plus additional referral bonuses.
  • Ambassadors: Receive a 15% commission, free monthly gifts, show tickets, a 30% personal store discount, lifetime commissions, and tiered referral commissions.

6. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly via the participant's chosen method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) for accounts accumulating over $25.

7. Participant Responsibilities

  • Affiliates: Are encouraged to share their affiliate link; regular posting is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Ambassadors: Must make at least two social media posts per month to remain active and receive monthly gifts.

8. Marketing Resources

  • Access banners, logos, or promotions for specific collections from the Marketing Resources tab. These can be used on your channels either by downloading or embedding HTML.

9. Commission & Payouts

  • Commissions are based on the net order value and are paid only for completed transactions. Details are available under the Conversions and Payouts tabs in your dashboard.

10. Cookie Policy

  • Cookies track customer activity from your links. Cookie duration is set at signup and applies to all purchases during this period without the need for repeated link clicks.

11. Program Termination

  • Participants may be removed for inactivity or violation of terms. Inactive ambassadors may be downgraded to affiliates. Voluntary departure from the program can be initiated via email or account login.

12. Intellectual Property

  • Promotional materials and updates are accessible in the promo hub when logged into participant accounts.

13. Changes to Terms

  • Any changes to terms will be communicated via email.

14. Returns and Unsatisfactory Products

  • If an ambassador is unsatisfied with the products received, they must notify the brand within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns may be requested, and a return slip will be provided if necessary. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the ambassador.
  • If products are not returned and content is not created, the ambassador will be invoiced for the full retail value of the products received.
  • Returned items may be redirected for content creation or re-distributed to other ambassadors.

15. Rewards and Incentive Program

  • Ambassadors will earn a commission of 12% on every sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
  • Additional performance bonuses will be awarded for reaching sales milestones:
    • $500 in sales: $50 bonus
    • $1,000 in sales: $100 bonus
  • Top-performing ambassadors will have the opportunity to earn exclusive rewards, such as free products, VIP access to events, and additional monetary bonuses based on sales performance.

Features and Benefits

1. Commissions and Bonuses

  • Affiliates and Ambassadors: Earn up to 15% commission on orders. Additional bonuses include $50 in-store credit for every $100 in commissions earned.
  • Performance Bonuses: $100 cash bonus for every $1,000 in affiliate orders.
  • Referral Bonuses: Earn a 10% commission on sales from referred new affiliates.
  • Design Royalties: Collaborate on product designs and earn a 35% commission on profits from these items indefinitely.

2. Active Affiliate Criteria

  • Affiliates are considered "active" when they share their affiliate link at least five times within a rolling 30-day period and generate a minimum of $300 in sales from their referrals.

3. Top Ambassador Rewards

  • Receive festival and show tickets quarterly based on performance and engagement.

4. Additional Opportunities

  • Growth: Opportunity to progress from affiliate to ambassador, and potentially to the Garden Collective—a prestigious team representing the brand.
  • Collaboration: Submit product designs and earn royalties as long as the product is active.
  • Promotional Support: Receive marketing materials, participate in monthly training sessions via Zoom to enhance promotional strategies.

5. Long-Term Benefits

  • Expect rewards like festival invites and early access to new collections as part of a long-term partnership.
